A long time ago in a far away land called childhood I remember having this nightmare and it went a little something like this.
I boarded this bus full of taco people... like tacos with faces, arms, legs and some even had mustaches (like the one in the photo bellow), but that is beside the point, so I was riding along with my fellow tacos and arrived into town.
Everyone in town was also a taco, except for me... I guess you could say I was the minority.
Well everytaco was so kind and friendly and I even had made friends with a taco that was a male and he was showing me around and introducing me the other taco friends, unfortunately this is where the dream takes a turn for the worse.
I was getting up off a bench and when all the taco people looked at me they all gasped in horror!
I had sat/crushed a fellow taco person not just a fellow taco but a granny taco with a little cane and I had done the unthinkably... I killed her! The people of tacoville were angry and starting chasing me with what I believe were utensils... they wanted me dead!
I thankfully woke up and I believe this is where my dislike for hardshell tacos began.

Out of the mouth of babes
Can I just say Addi reminds me everyday how lucky I am to be a mom! She is a stinker most of the time, but boy does she make me feel so much joy every single day! Addi always is saying the funniest things and I had to write the ones down that she said just today.
Yes, we spent most of our afternoon at Target :)
While walking into target Addi noticed some trees that were loosing some leafs and she said "mom, that tree is deciduous". I was like, what now? I had to ask Jake that even meant. Sadly she can pronounce it way better than I can.
Jake will take the Ipad to work for when he has conference calls or other important things to takes notes on it. Well today Addi did not want him to take it and she ended up getting her way (don't judge, I wanted to go to Target with a happy child). Well while we were walking around Target she had a sad face and I asked her what was wrong and she said "I feel bad I didn't let daddy have my Ipad, he really wanted it and I wouldn't let him". I asked her if she wanted to call and say sorry and she replied "nope".
Addi really wants the brave polly pocket and when she saw it she shouted "OH! We need to buy this"!
She ended up carrying it around the store the whole time and I told her that I forgot my money so we couldn't get it. Her respones was "I have an idea! How about we take it now, go home to get your money and then come back and pay for it". I explained that the store doesn't allow toys to leave that aren't paid for. We walked back to put it away and she stuff it in a random home items shelf and said "lets hide it here so no one find it".
On the way home it was getting cloudy and barely windy but Addison thought a tornado was coming so she yelled "hurry daddy! A tomato is coming"!

HI, im sixteen
Well... Looking at my face you would think I just hit puberty! Call Pizza Hut cause I have a pepperoni pizza to deliver!
All joking aside, I am really annoyed about whats been going on with my face since moving here. I know I should be grateful to have two eyes to see and legs to walk but I am tired of not having clear skin, I am 24 for crying out loud! When I was a teenager I actually had pretty decent skin while going through puberty not perfect but a lot better then whats been going on! I just don't get why... I wash my face day and night, clean my pillow cases all the time and I eat healthy foods (most of the time) and drinks lots of water.
If this is my body hitting puberty late then I better be getting a nice set of tatas that never showed up either!

I WORK OUT!
I just wanna give a little shout out to Jake! Since we moved here he has taking up running almost every day and tries to go mountain biking at least twice a week! He has changed his diet in a good way! Lots of white meats, fruits, vegetables, and no more soda or fast food. I am proud of him and how hard he has worked to keep it up.
The being in shape bug has hit our home!
Beckem is a showoff... Only needs one arm
Best way to work out... in your undies!
Now to just get my lazy butt in gear...

Interviewing a one year old
I am probably the only one that will think this is funny but I love how it sounds like he is actually answering my questions. I love his baby gibberish!

SUMMA Tiiiime!
We have done lots of fun things this summer!
Safari Drive-thru- Fun little zoo that lets you drive along a trail being about to be close up to Buffalo, long horns, and Zebras (to name a few).It was a lot of fun and our first real family adventure out since moving to Arkansas. They had a tiny baby Bamboo and Addi got to pet it.
We went to Carthage Jail which was really neat! Then took a long drive to the arch in St Louis. NIGHTMARE! The Arch is the scariest thing I have ever done in my life! I will not do it again... sorry!
We ended up watching fireworks over the mississippi.. It was pretty neat.
Splash Pad- With the heat here it is a must! The kids love it and it is in such a cute area!
The Art Museum- This place is free! It is air conditioned and you get to see beautiful art and feel educated!
Eureka Springs- Such a cool old town! We like to people watch and look through all the fun little stores.
We also flew my little sister Elizabeth out for a week! She even watched our kids so Jake and I could go on a date! I enjoyed showing her around and just having her here was so nice! Can't wait for more visitors ;)
We have explored lots of trails and small lakes/ponds

The BIG Move!
Back in the end of February Jake's company asked if he would be willing to move out to Arkansas.
When Jake told me I laughed and said um no (it was probably a little more PG 13 than that. I wanted to stay close to family and friends! Utah was my home and I loved it there for the most part.
Well his company flew us out the beginning of March to check things out. I still wasn't for it and would pray every night that Jake would realize it wasn't a good idea and would back out of it. Well that obviously never happened!
I can honestly say I love everything out here! We moved to such a pretty area... lots of trees and wild life! The ward is great... I have never felt so welcomed into a ward before! The people (strangers) here are so kind! We have already done lots of fun things here.
I was afraid of getting homesick but that has yet to happen. Everyone in our ward basically works for WalMart since we are by the headquarters, which means most people here are transplants. Not a lot of them have family here so the ward really becomes your family. It really is such a great place to live!
On June 7th we left Utah on a long journey towards our new home! Luckily Jake's company paid for a our stuff and Jake's car to be shipped so we got to drive together.
It took us two days of driving all day to finally get to our hotel in Arkansas. We were suppose to be close on our house the next day but that ended up taking another week and a half! Yep, we lived in a Hotel for that long with two kids and a weeks worth of clothes. Someone in our new ward took our dog for us (such lifesavers) and took great care of him. Well on June 18th we finally closed and moved into our beautiful home! I love our house and the neighborhood... I actually feel safe and we don't hear dogs constantly barking in the middle of the night! Hahaha I don't miss our old place at all. Sorry.
However, I do miss our friends back home and my family! I miss my mom... Having her so far away is hard.
I miss my OB... HAHA Let me explain. I had a great OB back in Utah who delivered both my kids! Well in this new ward it seems like everyone is pregnant (no joke) and every Sunday they announce someone else has had a baby so you can imagine how baby hungry you could get here. No, we are not having another one anytime soon but it just makes me scared to think I wont have my next baby without Dr Spencer.
I miss Zupas... I miss the Mountains, and I miss Tucanos...Need I say more?
